The Wire Whisk Culinary Creations was founded by Lorrisa Dilay, a passionate cook and baker inspired by the cultural significance of food in bringing people together. Learning from her Babas, mother, and aunt, Lorrisa developed a love for the kitchen early on, honing her skills through years of baking for family and friends and enhancing them with recreational culinary courses at George Brown College, and hobby cake and cookie decorating courses.

In 2024, Lorrisa launched The Wire Whisk Culinary Creations at the Wiarton Lavender Festival, featuring inventive shortbread including lavender-infused offerings. Each product is handmade in very small batches to ensure quality and attention to detail. Lorrisa specializes in custom flavours and takes special orders for sugar cookies and other culinary delights, ensuring that every treat is unique and tailored to your preferences.
